Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take great pride in our products and want you to to be delighted with your purchase. Our goal is to make your on-line shopping experience as great as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 21 days of receipt of order to LOL for a full refund. Please note that only the purchase price of the products will be refunded not the shipping. The shipping cost incurred to return the item is also at the purchasers' expense.
Please note the following:
1. Only the purchase price of the products will be refunded. All shipping fees are non refundable.
2. Items for return must be unopened and unused. LOL reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.
3. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.
4. Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from the return.
Please contact LOL to process a return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number which is valid for 5 days. The RA number must accompany all returns. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.
The following returns cannot be accepted:
• all hair accessories, earrings and pillows for hygenic reasons
• any items that are not in their original condition
